The Bill Purposes:
That A married prisoner, upon his or her request, may
receive private conjugal visits from the prisoner's spouse. The
visits shall take place within the correctional facility. The
department shall require proof of the requesting prisoner's
marriage to the visitor.

I started this when my husband got locked up and sent to prison for a long time. i want to keep my family together and you still need that physical support from your spouse. its a natural desire.
